Frequently Asked Questions - Pre-wedding Service

  • Q. What is the difference between true story and classic?

    A. A true story photo shoot location is based on capturing the couple's unique story, moments, and related occasions, while a classic pre-wedding shoot is based on capturing a preferred location and creating a new story.

    Q. Can I bring my pet?

    A. Yes, you can bring your pet to the shoot. We recommend bringing your pet to only one shooting location, and any further enquiries can be discussed with the photographer during the appointment.

    Q. Any suggestions for the locations?

    A. The photographer will provide you with some suggestions during the discussion. If you have a preferred location that requires a permit, you can apply for it when you confirm your pre-wedding shoot date.

Q: Do I need to book a location for my photoshoot?

A: Yes, you will need to book a location if you plan to have your photoshoot at a specific venue. Prior booking is required for most locations, such as the National Gallery and National Museum. For private locations, schools, and other non-public areas, you will need to seek permission from the relevant department or authority to do the photoshoot.

Q: Which locations require advance booking?

A: The following locations require prior booking: Building National Gallery, National Museum, Atlas Bar, No. 5 Emerald Hill, Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A Aquarium, Jewel Changi Airport, school, private property area, cafe, or supermarket.
It is important to obtain permission or relevant permits beforehand. You should contact the relevant authorities or management to check if prior booking or permission is required. This will help to avoid any potential issues and ensure a smooth and hassle-free photoshoot experience.

    Q. The selected shooting location requires us to apply for a permit. Would the company apply on our behalf?

    A. No, generally, it is easier to get approval if a couple applies for personal use. If a company makes the application, it is classified as a commercial shoot, and an excessive amount will be charged.

Q: How can I book a location for my photoshoot?
